The team has been great and quick to respond with any questions or suggestions we have, and we've seen an uptick in our workplace campaigns due to the ease of the tool. We've started using it for our major events as well and are well on our way to work on implementation for other products.

We were all nervous because it was our first auction and we had to figure out how to do it online, but thankfully the software end of things didn’t end up being one of the sources of stress. I was looking for an affordable product that we could sell tickets on, set up events, and accept donations. After many trials and errors, I tried Goodworld. I had my doubts because I thought you get what you pay for but my budget was tight!!! But I am so ready to admit how wrong I was. This product is easy to use (and I am not tech-savvy) and I am comfortable doing it. But the key selling point to me is their customer service. Any questions, any help, any issues - I have a response the same day and I have all the help I need to fix what I am struggling with. For this reason alone - I have no plans to leave Goodworld because why give up superior customer service!?

We use Goodworld for our online giving and events software platform. We started using it last year, and have been pleased with it's user friendly landing page and campaign set ups. It has definitely helped us streamline our online donation processing and overall online giving has increased. Additionally, we use the Events section for registration of participant and donor events which has gone very well so far. Settling under one platform makes importing data into our CRM much more effective.
