Diversity, equity & inclusion

Celebrate diversity in the workplace with a company culture that represents, champions, and supports the values of all stakeholders.

Diversity fosters innovation

Achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals should be a top priority for companies of every size and stripe. Creating a diverse and inclusive workforce is the right thing to do, and it's good for business. Studies show that DEI programs are critical differentiators for companies.

DEI initiatives:
● make businesses more appealing to consumers
● drive innovation and profitability
● disrupt barriers to employment and attract talent
● help companies capture new markets

Employee incentives that focus on social impact can engender a powerful sense of meaning, inclusivity, and belonging in the workplace  🧡  🙌

Social impact inspires belonging

Your company's stance on societal and cultural issues impacts your employees' well-being and customers' perception of your brand. Our suite of tools helps human resource executives, people operations managers, and ESG leaders foster workplace belonging through activities that build awareness around inclusivity, diversity, and equity.

Here are a few impact experiences that can encourage DEI in the workplace:

➊  Pride Month fundraiser
Inspire generosity amongst employees through peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns that support LGBTQIA+ organizations. Launch your impact initiative during Pride Month to demonstrate your company's acceptance of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Team members will feel empowered when they fundraise for an LGBTQIA+ cause that matters to them. You can even make it a friendly competition — encourage board members, investors, and customers to fundraise too.

➋  International Women's Day cards
Show stakeholders that you value female representation and contribution in the workplace by sending them a charitable gift card on International Women's Day. Gift card recipients can redeem the card by donating its value to a nonprofit focusing on gender equality, women's empowerment, or women's rights.

➌  Volunteer on Juneteenth
Offer your team the day off to volunteer for a local racial justice, civil rights, or Black-led organization. Employees can celebrate and honor Juneteenth by gifting their time virtually or in person. Working together to make a difference for Black communities will create a more aware and inclusive company culture.

➍  Cultural or awareness event
Celebrate diversity by hosting a charity event for a significant cultural or awareness holiday like Autism Awareness Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, or Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Assemble a diverse event planning team to develop a theme that relates to the holiday in a meaningful way. Sell tickets to the event and support a nonprofit cause that corresponds with the demographic or culture the holiday is honoring.
